Curated for 1 to 5-day experiences, my corporate yoga classes are high-level, fully-customized and intentionally guided for your company, private group, staff of any size and tailored to your team’s specific needs. 

Whether on-site or off-site, I am available to travel to your area to create a comfortable, in-person class environment that works for you and your group.

New Moon Flow

Flow through fluid movements, guided meditation and breathwork to harness the energy of the new moon. This 22-minute class will help you set a powerful new moon intention, energize mind and body, and harness the unique energy of the new moon. Join Chelsea as she guides you through a short yet powerful practice with poses, movements and messages that align with the new moon energy and attributes. The intention you set in this class will help guide you in the coming weeks as the moon grows more full. Then, cap it off with Chelsea's Moon Ritual flow for the full moon - a perfect balance!

Yoga for Inflammation

Increase circulation and decrease inflammation in your body with this gentle, loving slow yoga flow. Having dealt with chronic inflammation for most of her life, Chelsea offers her favorite yoga poses to help reduce inflammation and find relief.

Flexibility Flow

Step into unwavering confidence and find a sense of grounding and connection as you move through a fluid Warrior flow that activates your heart chakra and helps you tap into your full Warrior power! This yoga class is perfect any time you need to get grounded, get a boost of confidence, and be reminded of your power.

Warrior Flow

When we spend time sitting at a desk or traveling, our bodies can get tense, tight, and sore. Reverse these effects and restore your body back to a feel-good, neutral state with this easy breezy class that focuses on stretches and poses that lengthen, open and increase flexibility in your body. You can do this class at home or in your hotel room. Revisit it any time you need to stretch and decompress. See you on the mat!
