The 1:1 Mindful Mentorship Program is a unique 3-month, virtual coaching experience where we work together to utilize an array of mindfulness practices in order to peel back the layers and create a long-lasting foundation for cultivating more alignment, fulfillment and flow in your life. 

I leverage the power of Human Design and the practices of yoga and meditation to help you reconnect to the person you truly are so you can draw a new-start line and begin a fresh path from there. Through our 3 months together, we can design a life vision and plan that you’re genuinely excited about living. 

My goal is for you to walk away from our season together feeling supported, realigned with the flow of your life and feeling in total ownership of your life, your commitments, your work, and your community. The dullness has been buffed away from the vision of your life and you can move forward seeing clearly what you want (and what no longer serves you) into fresh adventures and life experiences.

Whether you’re seeking virtual, private mentorship, craving community through my hosted transformative retreats, or wanting to ignite a deeper collaborative connection through a mindset shifting yoga class for your company, I’m ready to create those meaningful spaces for you — with you.

    • As a foundation for our 3 months together, we will dive into your unique Human Design chart to analyse your type and develop a strategy with one in-depth reading and exploration session

    • Three, 90-minute Zoom calls per month

    • Ongoing guidance & support in between sessions Monday-Friday in a private WhatsApp text thread

    • Personalized yoga and meditation practices tailored to your individual needs and Human Design type

    • Tools and practices to help you achieve a long-term system of flow and balance in your life

  • Book an intro call with me where we can make sure my 1:1 mentorship program is just the right fit for both of us, and so you feel confident moving into it! Then once your space is reserved, we will book your first month's sessions in advance so our sessions and your schedule can work seamlessly together.

  • My primarily goal is this mentorship is to free you up from the stress and worry so you can show up wholeheartedly to the work and unfolding that happens in the program and our time together. There are two payment options available to be suite your needs –
