As a yoga & meditation teacher, sister, surfer, healer and mindfulness coach, I have leveraged the power of intentional living to heal my relationship with anxiety, anorexia and PTSD and are teaching others to do the same.

HI, I’M CHELSEA

I am an island-born, yoga and meditation teacher who has walked the journey of anxiety, PTSD, disordered eating. After finding my way to a yoga mat at the age of 14, I realized there was an alternative, holistic way to approach my mental challenges. 

Through many years of exploration and practice, I have adopted a number of mindfulness practices that have transformed my relationship with my mind, my experiences, and my trauma. My career as a yoga and meditation teacher fueled an undeniable passion for being in service to my fellow human. 

This inspired what you’re finding here, what I do virtually and in-person. As I grow and learn new pathways to healing and intentional living, I will continue to expand the depths of what I create and facilitate for you. This space will continue to evolve, and I hope you’ll come with me!

This corner of the internet, my 1:1 mentorships, retreats, and group classes operate as the safe space to let the healing in… and let your true self be heard.

I create experiences, safe spaces, to explore what humans often try to keep in the shadows: loneliness, detachment and dissociation from the self, anxiety and shame, and the need to heal from traumatic experiences. We’re afraid to ask for help, but that helping connect is where healing comes in.

I find fulfillment in facilitating experiences that heal your relationship with yourself and cultivate radical self-love and acceptance.

I offer mentorships and group courses and facilitate experiences to guide people who are facing similar battles in their own journey. And I’ve launched curated retreats to support your progress and help create balance in the healing process.
