ABOUT CHELSEA

My journey as a yoga & meditation teacher, sister, surfer, healer, and mindfulness coach — all started because it had to. In order to heal my relationship with anxiety, anorexia, and PTSD, I knew I needed more than just a good mantra and the willpower to ‘just keep going’. Trauma doesn’t let us keep going; it likes to keep us stuck in cycles we’re not sure how to get out of.

As I tried new methods for healing, pieces of myself began to click into place. What started as ‘let’s see what happens’ would become the work I love to do in the world, empowering me to continually sink more deeply into who I am (gratefully so, because that’s where I found all that good healing, too.) 

I have leveraged the power of intentional living to heal my relationship to myself, my whole self, and am teaching you to do the same. Leading you toward your own definition of intentional living, real healing, and long lasting reconnection to yourself is what I’m all about. And, I believe, why you are here now.

1-1 Mentorship

A unique 3-month, virtual coaching experience where we utilize an array of mindfulness practices in order to peel back the layers and create a long-lasting foundation for cultivating more alignment, fulfillment and flow in your life. 

Spend a season (3 months) working 1:1 with me through a process created to help you show up more wholly each day, no matter what’s on your plate.

Through 1-to-multi-day retreats and curated, safe spaces, I’ll guide you through a program that engages your full body, mind, and soul. Step away from the daily noise and connect with a like-minded community so you can be realigned to dive back into the life you love.


1:1 Mentorship

Start a three-month, virtual mentorship with me to guide you through mindful reconnections to yourself utilizing breathwork, mediation, and human design. I’ll lead you through healing experiences unique to you, and help you write your own definition of intentional living.


Adolescent Girls Retreats

Join my first “Girls Overnight Mindfulness Retreat ” April 13th-14h, 2024 in Bend, Oregon! This is an opportunity to drop into sisterhood, joy, meditation, connection and relaxation. Girls ages 13-17.
